Ordering is easy
. 91快活林 partners with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles and to offer the Mean Green license plate. The cost varies for new Mean Green plates depending on how many years and the level of personalization you choose. Renewal prices range from $50 to $450, for one, three and five year terms.
