Refers to the state of one's overall satisfaction with their creative expression and engagement in artistic, cultural, or imaginative activities
Engaging in creative activities can take many forms, such as painting, writing, dancing, playing music, crafting, cooking, gardening, or any other activity that allows a person to express themselves and tap into their imagination. Creative wellness has been associated with various positive effects, including stress reduction, enhanced self-esteem, increased problem-solving abilities, improved cognitive function, and a sense of personal growth and fulfillment.
